About Arne Hauge

I am currently situated in Stockholm, and I have the last years been working as a Management Consultant and Interim CFO. I worked for almost two decades at Telia Company in various roles and areas, such as, Investment Manager, CFO, COO, CCO, Strategy & Business Development, change management & M&A. I was founding member in two "Start-ups", between 2003 and 2008, Halebop in Sweden and Yoigo in Spain. In Madrid in 2006, as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for building organization, brand, product, distribution channels and customer operations from scratch. Halebop and Yoigo are today two of our most celebrated fighting brands in the TeliaSonera family, with strategies built on brand values like low cost, simplicity and honesty. In following the "dot.com crash", I joined TeliaSonera as Investment Director assigned to “Distressed Telcos Portfolio”. The European portfolio included fully owned and minority stakes in the fixed line business – including start-ups, ISP’s and ASP’s. Following the “Rouble Crises” in 1997, I worked as financial expert in turn-around teams in the Ukraine and Russia, where AGA had troubled operations. I joined AGA AB, Region Latin America in 1992, with background as Financial Analyst from the Equities Markets. From 1992 to 1997, I worked with assignments within the areas of Business Control, Strategy, Cash-mgmt, large CAPEX investments, M&A, regional supply contracts and change projects. I spent two of these years working in Caracas, Venezuela.
