My passion for a wide array of IT and engineering topics leads me to being dedicated to shielding organizations from digital threats and guiding them in their Cyber Resilience journey. As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), I focus on building and enhancing security architecture and risk management programs according to the latest standards and evolutions. As the saying goes 'Rome wasn't built in a day', I advocate for risk-based approaches and a commitment to continuous improvement as the cornerstone of effective security programs. In a rapidly evolving threat landscape, correct prioritization allows for greater allocation of operational efforts and improved adaptation and agility. My motivation is fueled by a genuine fascination of the interplay between technology and organizational resilience. Beyond just safeguarding data, I see my role as a custodian of trust, committed to building secure foundations that empower teams to innovate fearlessly in an age where rapid digitalization and AI spearhead the IT industry.
