A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Registered Civil Engineer in the Philippines with more than seventeen (17) years of extensive experience in Quantity Surveying works. He was involved in various prestigious projects ranging from luxury and residential villas, five-star hotels, palace, warehouses, commercial malls and others, dealing from construction stage to completion of the project. Knowledgeable and proficient in Computer Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and basic knowledge on P3 - Primavera Project Planner, MS Project, and Adobe Photoshop. General Job Description: • Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final cost of the project. • Coordinates with site team/Engineers for relevant details required for final measurement. • Prepares payment certificates to various subcontractors and for final account. • Review, measures and agree with the subcontractor’s quantities of various structures, roads and the like. • Close coordination with project engineers regarding drawings, equipment resources, material requirements and against BOQ and construction programme. • Review all plans and details issued by the consultant and designer and check changes from the contract drawings. • Prepares tender/bid documents to Prospective Project. • Attend site visit schedule for Prospective Project. • Responsible for material quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities for Prospective and On-going Project. • Assist and submit reports to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. • Keep and maintain file records, plans and drawings for future reference, review and evaluation • Other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time
