About Arnelle Blain

With over eight years of experience in international development project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and data analysis, I have developed strong research, analysis, writing skills, stakeholders and rightholders engagement, as well as a good knowledge of cross-cutting themes such as gender equality, equity, diversity and inclusion, youth and women empowerment, environment, and human rights. I have contributed to various programs and projects and evaluation assignments in the fields of e-governance, private sector development, value chain competitiveness, economics, trade, poverty reduction, governance, and institutional strengthening, education, and vocational training. I have worked with diverse stakeholders in Latin America, North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, using various tools and software such as MS Office, Eviews, SPSS, SPHINX, Survey Monkey, and Qualtrics. I hold a Master's degree in ICT Project Management from Universite Paris X Nanterre and a Master's degree in Economics-Project Analysis from University of Le Havre. I am fluent in English, French, Creole, and beginner in Spanish.
