In his role as an Assistant Manager, Arnes educates and guides clients through complex tax and accounting issues, as well as mentor junior staff to become future talents in the accounting industry. Clients business success is important and can only be achieved through the strong relationship Arnes builds with each client. Life is not all about numbers. Arnes is constantly looking for ways to up-skill and improve of his knowledge in the business environment. Having completed a degree in Commerce at the University of Melbourne, he has completed the Chartered Accountant Program and is looking at progressing with a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. When not working, Arnes plays soccer and is the Financial Controller for a Junior Soccer Committee. He is known for his passion for helping people with their problems, an attribute he developed from his family immigrating to Australia when he was six.
