Worked for Webhelp as a customer service advisor, team lead and PM. During this time provided a professional customer service experience for customers of multiple companies. Worked for CSC Baltic UAB as a Service Desk Assistant for corporate users. Working languages are English and Finnish. Worked for Elion Enterprises Ltd where I mostly did order handling for foreign customers. I also did project management and administration of the electronic waybill system (ELViS). It is a program that is used by the forestry sector in Estonia for roundwood transport on roads. While working for the Estonian Enviromental Inspectorate I dealt with forest law enforcement, matters concerning nature preservation and the legislation involved. Calculated and processed environmental damages concerning illegal cuts and forest fires. Represented the state on various levels. My bachelor thesis is titled "Forest Fires in Harju County in the Years which analyzes the causes, categories and outcomes of forest fires in the given years. This particular subject matter had not been analyzed in my Institute for the given years before. My aim is to be a specialist with a wide spectrum of knowledge and who is able to process, manage and create projects while implementing the skills I have learned on the way.
