At The Diamond Group Inc. we model our clients’ portfolios after endowment and institutional-style investors, as we lead the way in true diversification. Allocation investing (diversifying within the market) is an outdated and inefficient idea. Income is actually more important than assets, and I’ll show you why. I was born in Chicago, raised in Indianapolis, and lived for many years in the Twin Cities before moving to Jacksonville to be near family. I received my bachelor’s degree from Indiana University as a pre-law student, but decided that law wasn’t for me. As a result of that decision I joined the financial services industry as an insurance specialist in 1986 for a subsidiary of MetLife. I founded The Diamond Group in 1996 and then merged with CWM in 2016 because I wanted to work with the best in the industry offering additional expertise to further enhance the level of our service. I reside in Jacksonville, Florida with my wife, Linda. We have been blessed with three wonderful children and five grandchildren with whom we enjoy boisterous gettogethers. Lina and I enjoy traveling and have spent time in the U.S. and around the world. We are also committed to helping make our community a better place and we are frequently volunteer in nursing homes to lead sing-alongs with the residents and delivering meals-on-wheels on Christmas Day. 904-730-3744 adiamond@catalystwealthmanagement.com
