Experience: Large finance transformations including: • Design and implement E2E (finance) processes (including Robotics). • Design and implement shared service centres. • Design and implement planning, budgeting and forecasting. • Design and implement uniform standard of accounts and management reporting. • Harmonisation of application landscapes. • Design new finance organization structures, including job centres and job profiles. • Negotiations with trade unions. ERP implementations and system optimisations like Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Navision Dynamics and SAP. These projects covered the main finance processes; purchase to pay, order to cash, fixed assets, project administration and record to report. Interim Finance & IT manager for an organisation of 1.500 FTE. In this job I acted as CFO, responsible for the finance function. Together with the CEO, I developed a business strategy plan and reorganised the finance function.
