I’m a driven Applications Engineer with over 9 years of experience, providing critical support to global and regional customer accounts and their users with troubleshooting, workflow optimizations and product information/education. I love a tough problem and enjoy personal satisfaction when I can fully resolve these and prove the brand’s commitment to those customers. I have the persistence and technical prowess to do this work efficiently due to my confidence and comfort in bridging customer experience to product development opportunities. The problems I help resolve uncover important information, not just about the immediate situation but it uncovers opportunities for the development team to leverage in future versions and product. As I pride myself with great customer relationships, I also develop trust-based relationships with software and firmware engineers, helping them expose uncovered defects and transfer customer needs/requirements fully through the development cycle from alpha/beta builds through to release and improvements. Using empathy and technical expertise, my specialty is having a real understanding of the ideal customer HW/SW experience through my ability to genuinely connect with customers and understand their explicit and implicit workflow requirements. I have a global mindset and are sensitive to different cultures and their needs which allow me to quickly resolve customer issues while building positive brand sentiment.
