As an innovative and humble individual, I understand the relevant dynamics to excel on a global level, resulting in positioning organisations in the correct transformation space and aligning brands with the set objectives. My academic career has been conducted through personal gain rather than for career enhancement, however my career has provided me with the opportunity to learn and understand various aspects of human development. With this knowledge I am able present a full service of capabilities through a hands-on approach. I present a strong background in the collaboration of teams that work effectively together, and I am able to successfully mentor staff and create a shared vision approach to projects and organisation objectives. I am focused on making a difference and actively contributing to people development, whilst believing strongly in giving back through the ability to understand, support and mentor the youth of today. I am a flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with other team members, whilst building quality relationships with stakeholders.
