I am an independent Food Facilities Consultant and Project manager. Fulfilling my clients needs are my number one priority. My projects will have quality equipment specified, with positive labor, product, and customer flow. Of utmost importance will be energy efficiency, food safety, and providing complete and clear construction documents. My clients have included architects, owner/operators, facilities managers, food service management companies and general contractors, among others. As an independent consultant I have been involved in a wide assortment of projects including: bars & lounges, college & university, convenience stores, elementary schools, corporate feeding, fast food operations, firehouse kitchen, food markets, hospitals, hotels, military clubs, private clubs, restaurants, skilled nursing facilities, snack bars, sports venues, teaching facilities, and a test kitchen.
