About Arnold Ndaba

With over seven years of experience in project management and customer service roles, I am a co-founder and former operations manager of WasteMate Zimbabwe, a company that provides innovative waste management solutions for households and businesses. I am also a member of the Project Management Institute, with a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera. As a co-founder and operations manager, I created the products and customer journeys for the business, developed customer growth strategies that resulted in a double-digit customer growth rate, and optimized the routes for greater efficiencies and cost reduction. I also led the business development team that saw a consistent increase in revenue year on year, and coordinated with stakeholders and subcontractors to deliver projects within the quote and budget parameters on time. My mission is to use my project management and customer service skills to create value and impact for organizations and communities.
