As an experienced Project and Portfolio Consultant and Project Management Officer, I have worked in both the municipal and commercial sectors. I enjoy engaging in diverse projects and employing a proactive approach. For various clients, I have served as a team leader and team or project coordinator, successfully leading teams and projects. I have leveraged my experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, SAFe, MoP, and P3O in setting up and optimizing (resource management) processes. Additionally, I find coaching and mentoring Young Professionals at Promista highly valuable. It is inspiring to help starters develop into fully-fledged consultants. Communication is one of my strong points. I enjoy being involved in one-on-one conversations and group sessions to share knowledge and foster collaboration. I am solution-oriented and quickly adapt to new challenges. I believe in the importance of a positive team dynamic and a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual support.
