About Arnold Visser

As Head of Global Sales Operations at Umbraco HQ, I work across departments to build the structures, strategies, and alignment that help our teams, partners, and customers succeed together. My goal is to ensure smooth and scalable growth by improving internal processes and evolving how we work with partners and customers, including our partner programs, to meet the needs of an ever-changing digital landscape. A key part of my role is providing insights about how our partners and customers operate, what they expect, what challenges they face, and how we can remove roadblocks in doing business with us. By bringing in these perspectives, I help shape decisions that make Umbraco easier to work with and more valuable to those who choose to work with us. With nearly 20 years in and around the Umbraco ecosystem, I bring a combination of technical understanding and business strategy to everything I do. From my early days as a designer and developer to founding digital businesses like Aim24 and Shoptique (uWebshop), and working with leading Umbraco Partners, I’ve always been passionate about connecting product, people, and growth. I’m especially driven by collaboration, whether that means enabling our teams, supporting partners, or shaping programs that deliver real results. The open-source spirit that defines Umbraco has been a constant throughout my journey, and I’m proud to keep contributing to its success.
