I am a specialist in Early Childhood Development (ECD), parenting education, and stunting prevention with over 20 years of experience across Indonesia. My professional work is grounded in designing and leading inclusive, community-based programs that improve outcomes for children and families, particularly in underserved and remote areas. I have held key technical and leadership roles with international organizations including UNICEF, Save the Children, ChildFund International, and Tanoto Foundation. Currently, I serve with the Acceleration Team of the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (Kemenko PMK), focusing on national-level strategy and cross-sectoral coordination in health and stunting reduction. My work emphasizes evidence-based program design, policy engagement, and government collaboration.
