About Arnon Mainfeld

As head of the firm’s Capital Markets & Securities Department, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise in corporate law, capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. Over the years, I have served as legal advisor to public and private corporations, government entities, investment houses, mutual funds, and institutional investors. I have a wealth of experience representing clients in local and international investment transactions, complex mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, and multinational joint ventures. I also provide ongoing legal guidance to Israeli public companies on corporate governance, related-party transactions, and compliance, while regularly representing clients before regulatory bodies such as the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Throughout my career, I have played a key role in significant transactions in the Israeli capital market, including proxy fights and complex regulatory processes, such as the acquisition of control in IDB during its debt settlement. Before joining the firm, I served as a partner in a leading Israeli law firm and as Vice President and Head of Legal at Elul Group, where I was part of the management team, led strategic processes, and managed legal operations. My approach to legal challenges has been described by Legal 500 as demonstrating “flexible and creative thinking,” reflecting my ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.
