About Arnt Fredheim

Very experienced art historian, curator and project manager with background from some of the most important art, learning, and business institutions in Norway. I have a firm knowledge of the current global art trends and practices, in addition to an exstensive knowledge of European cultural history. My network extends deep into both the art market, the museum world and business. My portfolio covers lecturing of all types, learning and exhibition concept planning, exhibition and artwork productions, catalogue editing, text production, research/portfolio management, art work documentation and state-of-the-art presentation development. In 2006-07, I worked as chief curator of the private sculpture park of Christen Sveaas at Kistefos Museum and from 2010 to 2014 I worked as art consultant for the Statoil art programme in Norway. Here I also curated the new Statoil offices in Bergen, housing artists like Elmgreen & Dragset, Philip Lorca di Corcia and Anderson & Low. In 2016, 2017 and 2018 I have led Norway's most important fine art museum logistics partner working with the largest and most important collections in Norway. Building on my long experience and wide perspective, I lately with success have been specializing on advanced tender productions.
