I am a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in Instrumentation and Controls engineering design in the oil & gas, petrochemical and power industry with a strong back ground in electrical engineering. I have vast experience in projects for upstream and downstream, as well as onshore and offshore projects. All of the projects were executed in line with the implementation and maintained guidance of ISO I have extensive knowledge in Process Instrumentation and Control Automation engineering and design. I have proven knowledge and skills to execute instrumentation engineering phases such as “DBM-conceptual design studies”, “EDS-FEED” and “Detailed Engineering” to construction supports. I have vast experience in performing instrument engineering calculations and instrument sizing, field instrument selection, machine monitoring, leak detection and control system design, developing and checking instrument datasheets and PLC/DCS/SCADA functional specifications. I have proven skills in creating ESD logic diagrams, cause and effect diagrams and control system block diagrams. I have proven experience in the preparation of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) studies and reports, Material Requisitions and Purchase Orders. I have vast experience in the preparation of technical bid evaluations, estimating engineering manhours and leading a team. Well experience in providing inputs and participation in the project PHA/HAZOP. Provide procedures and conducting Integrated Control System (ICS) Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). I have well experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning works.
