Contributed as one of six leaders to deliver MYOB’s largest SaaS and new Web platform "MYOB Essentials," achieving engagement scores over 85% and launching two months ahead of schedule. Led MYOB’s largest customer migration project, orchestrating the migration of 1 million customer ledgers across 35 different services and 15 development teams. Spearheaded the Single Touch Payroll AU (ATO) and Same Day PAYE NZ (IRD) Programs, delivering first-to-market products so that businesses across AU/NZ could continue to operate under new legislation. The management and collaboration of the program positioned MYOB as the preferred Enterprise Technology Partner by both governments in a highly regulated, high transactional data program. Managing a budget of approximately $9 million, meeting strict deliverables in time for EOFY. Directed the offshoring of Toll Logistics Operations (Toll Priority only), Back Office, and Service Center functions, working with the Head of Process Improvement and General Manager of Operations for Toll Priority, for Toll AU for >8 months post-acquisition by Japan Post, with the goal of streamlining business operations within 12 months (Probe Group).
