My Major experience as a Senior Expediting/Buying Professional, offering 20+ years of diversified experience and YOY success in the areas of Procurement encompassing Desk & Area Expediting, Piping Spool Construction, QA/QC, Inspections, EPC, and 3rd party inspection across Oil & Gas, Power and Wind Mill Energy sector. Currently associated with Bechtel India Pvt. Ltd, Gurugram as Senior Expediting Specialist; leading a team of 06+ professionals in order to manage and ensure completion of Quebrada Blanca II (QB-2) Project. Impressive success in contributing towards the completion of multiple Multi-Billion Dollar Projects for various geographically located clients (USA, Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Turkmenistan, Russia) such as Sonatrach, Turkmenistan Government, GASCO, ADCO, AGIP, Enercon India Ltd, FL Smidth & so on. Worked in close coordination with Senior Authorities for planning, staffing & budgeting of project Supply Chain operations. Broad-based expertise in managing negotiations with suppliers and ensuring material deliveries are not compromised by poor or unachievable scheduling and ensured timely completion of the orders to support the delivery of the materials - compile accurate and detailed progress reports for management tracking planned forecast, and actual status Showcased proven excellence in maintaining the piping & fittings delivery details to monitor piping spool constructability as per site requirement. Endeavour to provide pro-active resolutions to any anticipated or reported material slippages with the supplier; expedite all Engg. drawing deliverables and managing the supplier document schedules to ensure timely submission and returns to ensure progress is not impacted by late doc submissions & responses by either supplier or Company.
