Hi! I am a student at Rutgers University pursuing a double major in Human Resource Management and Psychology, with a minor in Labor Studies I currently work as a Program Coordinator at the Asian American Cultural Center at Rutgers University. My responsibilities include managing our Mentoring Program of 100+ students, marketing, budgeting, creating graphics, and organizing events. I ensure that everyone feels comfortable and supported within the center and work with different organizations to promote interactivity and inclusivity. My summer internship at Symetra Financial allowed me to gain first-hand experience in a corporate setting and allowed me to develop crucial problem-solving and analytical skills. I was able to refine my active listening, communication, and collaborative skills while playing an important role in the team's organization and maintenance. Working at a non-profit organization as a Human Resources Intern, I was able to participate in data entry, onboarding, and managing different hiring platforms. I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive work environment for everyone and am excited for new opportunities!
