About Arooj Ahmad

I am a Chartered Architect with 10 years of industry experience in the commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality and residential sector as well as many others. I am fully competent with working on various programs such as Revit, Autocad, Adobe software, Lumion, Vray and various other rendering software. I have had the opportunity to work through all the RIBA work stages and am confident in communicating with clients and job running. I am most proud of gaining my masters and had my work published in various magazines. I was also part of an Aga Khan conference as my masters thesis was based on the evolving functions of a 21st century state Mosque. I have a keen interest on how Architecture can mould your feelings and emotions via the spaces and how people experience certain spaces different to others. I am also involved in women in property events and advocate for parents returning to work and how to navigate that break within your career. In Addition to my interest in Architecture, I enjoy travelling, art, sketching, painting, reading and cycling.
