I've been a lifelong learner with a keen interest in studying learning patterns & pedagogical interplay between culture & the different ways of learning. I'm extremely passionate about Skill Development & have tried to bring about pedagogical changes in the academic delivery through experiential learning, which merges industry requirements with academic curriculum to build a breed of industry-relevant professionals. Recently, I've sphere-headed the launch of Pratistha in Durgapur Campus which is a Blended Learning Platform for the Cream Students across different courses, who'll set a new benchmark of High CTC Hiring thus creating a community of like-minded professionals around the world who'll set-up a strong alumni network for others to emulate. The Campus Tô Corporate Journey is arguably the most important Career Defining moment in a Student's Life. A proper Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify the Skill Gaps will not give a student the comfort of appearing for an interview, but the confidence of cracking the interview. An industry experience of over Two Decades, an Academic experience spanning over Six years & leading the Training & Placement department for about an year, is the Passion & Energy I ingrain in my Training sessions, to ignite the young minds to be the Best in their respective domain.
