I am an educator at heart and love to create effective digital learning solutions. I enjoy creating technological and effective learning interventions and next-gen learning experiences for the new age digital organization. Firmly believe that Digital Learning platforms that enable “Anytime, Anywhere and on Any Device” learning, practicing and taking assessments. I passionately work on work-force upskilling strategies and tools to correctly equip the modern technological workforce. To this end, I'm currently immersed in creating a culture of competence in digital practical, hands-on skills for all employees at Infosys. Have worked in bringing digital skill competence and upskilling closer to employees and effortless to embrace, explore and excel. Leading the Infosys Assessment Platform, a state-of-the-art anytime, anywhere, any device Ed-Tech digital platform that embraces intelligence and reckless automation to cater to new age, dynamic, hands on driven and behavioral skills and assessments there by transforming assessments at Infosys. From large volume skill based recruitment tests for sourcing the right set of talents for the organization to real-time technology upskilling and reskilling for corporates and universities I dwell in planning, strategizing and execution.
