About Arpit Jain

With over 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Digital Assurance services, I am a seasoned UAT Program Lead at BMO, where I coordinate testing efforts between offshore and onshore teams for the Bank of the West acquisition and BMO app merger. I hold a PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification and have extensive experience in managing large and complex projects, and implementing IT QA Solutions in Agile and Plan Driven Methodologies. My core competencies include Assurance Solutioning, Transformation & Test Automation, QA Management, Regression Testing, Accessibility Testing, Online Banking Testing, Selenium, Appium, Ready API, Quantum Framework, and HP ALM. I have successfully planned, executed, and delivered multiple releases every month, created comprehensive Test Strategy and Plan, implemented Accessibility testing methods for UI/UX intensive projects, and led System Improvement projects to reduce effort wastage. I have also contributed to the design, development, and implementation of an automation solution for BMO Harris Online Banking using Quantum framework, Selenium, and Appium, resulting in the implementation of the solution across all Online Banking projects.
