About Arpit Jain

I have a Master's degree in Business and Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick School of Business, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in financial accounting, valuation, and analysis. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University. Currently, I am working as a Finance Operation Executive at Merkle, a leading data-driven marketing agency, where I handle various aspects of finance operations, such as onboarding, KYC, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting. In my role at Merkle, I have successfully collaborated with multiple teams and clients to ensure smooth and efficient finance processes and outcomes. For example, I helped finance teams to achieve ~95% timely payments over a period of two consecutive quarters, audited 50 marketing campaigns of a tech giant and reduced unwarranted liability by ~£4 million, and designed reports to facilitate faster inter-company reconciliation. I have also demonstrated my skills in administration, negotiation, and team leadership, as well as my proficiency in various finance systems and tools, such as Aqilla, ERP, and Excel. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my finance expertise and passion to support the growth and innovation of Merkle and its clients. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different sectors and countries, and I am fluent in English and Hindi.
