I’m a Sustainability and ESG professional with a strong inclination toward strategy consulting—where systems thinking meets meaningful action. Over the past 7+ years, I've had the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and impact, helping organizations embed sustainability and ESG principles into their core strategies and day-to-day operations. My experience spans a wide range of industries—including agriculture, fintech, private equity, healthcare, automotive, logistics, FMCG, PSUs, and the development sector. Whether it’s crafting ESG roadmaps, driving reporting processes, or delivering assurance engagements, I bring a solution-oriented mindset and a curiosity for tackling complex challenges. I've been fortunate to collaborate with leading consulting firms like Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, and intern with esteemed corporates such as Titan Company, Tata Trusts, and Arvind Lifestyle Brands. My on-ground experience includes consulting with the NGO Waste Warriors—giving me a rounded view of sustainability from grassroots to boardroom. Here’s what my work typically involves: Developing ESG and sustainability strategies and roadmaps Conducting ESG due diligence, audits, and reviews Supporting sustainability disclosures: Sustainability Reports, Integrated Reports, BRSR, etc. Providing assurance services ISAE ISAE 3410 for GHG) Designing CSR strategies and conducting impact assessments (community initiatives & R&R studies) Leading need assessment studies to inform development projects I’m driven by a desire to learn, innovate, and design practical solutions that make sustainability actionable and measurable.
