I work at the intersection of industrial operations and digital transformation, helping organizations turn data and technology into measurable operational outcomes at scale.Over the past 10+ years, my career has spanned shop-floor operations, management consulting, Industry 4.0 entrepreneurship, and enterprise transformation. I began in large-scale industrial operations, managing production, quality, safety, and cost in asset-intensive environments. That foundation continues to shape how I approach digitalisation today: practical, outcome-driven, and grounded in operational reality.Since then, I’ve led and delivered smart manufacturing and operational digitalisation initiatives across Europe and beyond—covering areas such as MES, OEE, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and OT–IT integration. My roles have ranged from hands-on execution to end-to-end ownership, including business case definition, solution selection, vendor negotiation, rollout, and adoption across multiple sites.What motivates me most is scaling digital transformation beyond pilots—defining roadmaps, standards, and governance so that solutions are trusted by operators, used by engineers, and sustained by the organisation. I’m particularly energized by roles that sit across operations, maintenance, IT, and analytics, where the challenge is not technology itself, but alignment, execution, and change.Currently based in Belgium, I work on group-level smart operations and digitalisation initiatives, with a strong focus on impact, scalability, and long-term value creation in industrial environments.
