I am Arpit Sahu, a Dual Degree student (BTech + MTech) at IIT Kharagpur, aspiring to become a product manager. My educational and professional background has equipped me with strong analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial skills. My journey began with founding Resinsmiths, where I navigated the complexities of establishing and growing a business, enhancing my understanding of market analysis, financial management, and customer engagement. This experience solidified my capabilities in driving product innovation and market penetration. As the Head of Sponsorship and Marketing at Spring Fest, IIT Kharagpur, I managed large-scale projects and developed robust professional relationships, showcasing my leadership and strategic planning abilities. Following these entrepreneurial and leadership endeavors, I interned at Digistall.in, where I played a crucial role in launching the MVP and leading market analysis to successfully onboard vendors, facilitating their transition to e-commerce. Internships at Citymall and GoMechanic further enriched my skills. At Citymall, I leveraged data analytics to enhance customer retention strategies and at GoMechanic, I implemented operational improvements that significantly boosted productivity and profitability. Motivated to merge my technical knowledge with my business acumen, I am keen on advancing as a product manager, aiming to create impactful solutions that meet user needs and drive forward industry standards.
