Chartered Accountant with ~8 years of post-qualification experience primarily in Financial Due Diligence and transaction advisory services, supporting private equity funds and strategic investors across buy-side and sell-side engagements.I have worked extensively on transactions in manufacturing, real estate, and technology start-ups, assisting leading private equity firms with acquisition due diligence, deal structuring support, and investment decision-making. My experience spans analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, debt-like items, and identification of key deal risks.In my current and recent roles, I have led due diligence teams as a Manager, overseeing end-to-end project execution, work allocation, review of team deliverables, and direct interaction with client deal teams and senior stakeholders—ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial relevance of diligence outputs. Alongside client delivery, I have actively contributed to capability building by conducting internal Excel training sessions and delivering presentations on financial analysis and transaction-related topics.Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading non-fiction, business and finance literature. I have represented my college, Grant Thornton and KPMG in competitive cricket.
