About Arpit Thukral

My work history includes building and scaling cloud-native platforms for over 12 years, and I work as a Full Stack Engineering Leader. I have led cross functional teams, designed microservice architecture, and with the help of modern code, true business value has been delivered. My work at Novamera Inc includes but is not limited to the following: Propelling performance, uptime, and deployment velocity by implementing five or more microservices platforms. Working across the Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React/TypeScript stacks for API and UI creation to deliver full product cycles for several Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React/TypeScript projects. Migrated legacy systems to AWS and GCP which improved the resilience of the systems and reduced the costs of maintaining infrastructure. Created a culture of ownership and strive to learn among the engineers by mentoring and teaching them to take on more advanced, senior positions. My blend of people and product leadership makes it easy for me to provide hands on architecture. I can help plan out what engineering efforts are needed in order to meet key business objectives. From my perspective, both aspects provide room for growth without hitting any limits. I pride myself on delivery whether that is assisting with async architecture mapping, setting up observability, or walking a team through intricate delivery cycles. Having transparency while scaling with the organization is my vision while shipping reliable software is the end goal. Building high performing teams, planning full project workflows from delivery to post delivery maintenance, and taking on head technical leadership positions are all open to me, as long as I am given the opportunity to execute my strategies on end-to-end delivery.
