About Arpitha Rao

I am an impact consultant, strategist, and coach, working at the intersection of climate change, sustainability, and inclusive development. Over nearly 15 years, my work has spanned education, gender, healthcare, leadership development, and climate resilience always with a focus on turning complex challenges into actionable strategies. I partner with businesses, investors, philanthropies, governments, and social enterprises to design interventions that scale. This includes shaping investment priorities, mobilising capital, creating market entry strategies, and building the frameworks that allow organisations to measure what truly matters. What I bring is a combination that’s rare in this field: the analytical discipline of strategy consulting, the breadth of cross-sector knowledge, the depth of on-the-ground experience from working closely with communities, enterprises, and policymakers across Asia and Africa, and the ability to coach leaders and professionals as they navigate growth, identity, and decision-making. I am particularly drawn to climate resilience and sustainability designing solutions that are not only viable but equitable. From advising on multi-million-dollar climate investment roadmaps to supporting early-stage climate tech enterprises, my focus is on bridging vision with execution. And woven through it all is another lifelong interest: meditation and human transformation. Having co-created meditation-based solutions in the past, I remain committed to enabling leaders and organisations to access practices that nurture clarity, resilience, and well-being. At the heart of it, my purpose is simple: to help ideas, capital, and people align towards a future that is sustainable, inclusive, and worth inheriting.
