I have over 20 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. My skills set include process and system optimization, freight forwarding operations, and admin management, I cite communication and operational excellence as two key factors in ensuring customer satisfaction. I am currently (Mar 2019-to-date) working at DB Schenker as Air Product Administration Manager - National. With a master’s degree in Statistics, I began my career in Karachi, Pakistan at Croatia Line as an ocean freight statistician and line coordinator. Looking for new industry challenges, I accepted a position as Manager Global Accounts for Nike at Danzas/AEI. In preparation for this role, I traveled to Singapore and Indonesia where I underwent 2 months of intense account management training. In 2001, I relocated to Toronto where I took part in a customer service apprenticeship program at IBM-Canada. My strong focus on key account management led me to Panalpina in 2002, where I last (Feb 2019) hold the positions:** BSC Air Freight Manager ** Operational Key Account Manager - For Air Freight global accounts.** Regional Key Account Manager - Global Account - Celestica ** SAP TM Air Freight Support-National ** GDP compliance responsible - National ** E-manifest Roll out Manager - National In 2005- I took part in a global apprenticeship program at Panalpina, worked at Panalpina’s Frankfurt office. An invaluable opportunity, I was able to gain additional experience witnessing and participating in the daily air freight operations at this busy European hub. In 2018- I traveled to Manila to setup Air Imports operations team at Panalpina Global Service Center (GBS)
