Student centered higher education professional with over 18 years of experience in enrollment management and student services. Proven leader with extensive experiences in supervision, change management, volunteer leadership and communication with a wide variety of cultures and educational obtainment. Champion of a collaborative work environment allowing multiple opinions and voices to be heard. Passionate advocate of data-driven decision making and planning leading to the elimination of roadblocks to student success regardless of color, gender, sex, race, age, religious affiliation or belief, sexual orientation, or experience within higher education. Currently leading a team of fantastic individuals serving students in various offices and teams including admissions, financial aid, registrar, career services, testing, dual credit (College Credit Plus), student support specialists, and marketing.
