About Arrow Harris

I think I would generally describe my leadership style as more task oriented; although it completely depends on the context. The main weakness of mine that comes to mind as far as task orientation goes is persuasiveness. My wording and explanation skills, at least from my perspective, are quite poor. I may have a good idea or know the right way to do something but typically I can’t sell it to the rest of the group. My outstanding strength as I have stated before is organization. When it comes to the relational side of leading I really lack during first impressions. I am a very judgemental person, and often make assumptions about people that I haven't met. My Myers-Briggs test even showed me as being more judgmental than perceiving (ESTJ). My main strength in relational leadership is being extroverted. This means that hard work with other people makes me energized especially when I find a connection with them. In the future, I see myself as a biomedical engineer designing products like prosthetic limbs.A personal goal of mine is to graduate high school with my aa degree and a state swimming champion trophy.
