As a Project Manager at Adani Group, one of the leading infrastructure conglomerates in India, I leverage my 12+ years of experience and expertise in EPC to deliver large-scale and complex projects across various sectors. I manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and quality control, ensuring that the projects meet the client's requirements, standards, and expectations. I also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, consultants, engineers, and regulators, to coordinate the project activities, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication. Previously, I worked as a Project Manager at Sumcon Infraventure LLP and as an Assistant Project Manager at ZETWERK, where I gained valuable insights and skills in managing different types of projects, such as residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable energy. I have a strong educational background in civil engineering, and I am proficient in using various EPC software tools.
