I am currently pursuing my MSc in Management at the Ivey Business School, Western University, where I'm dedicated to seizing every opportunity to learn more about and advance my career in the intriguing fields of consulting and management. With 1.5 years of work experience as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, India’s largest private sector bank, I improved multi-billion-dollar corporations' profitability and customer portfolio, along with providing clients tailored financial advice. During my tenure at ICICI Bank, I was responsible for managing banking relations and investment needs of over 150 HNI clients, requiring high quality communication proficiency, where I focused on business development by using problem solving and negotiation expertise to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenue and improve client stickiness. KEY HIGHLIGHTS • Graduated from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, which is the top private business school in India. • Awarded the Mutual Fund Distributors Certification, organized by National Institute of Securities Markets in January 2023. Youngest employee at ICICI to attain this certification. • Part of a cross functional team in enhancing ICICI’s start-up ecosystem, assessed start-ups for new account acquisition by analyzing their business models, conducting risk analysis, and performing due diligence before onboarding them as ICICI’s clients. • Developed a content marketing strategy for JCB India using existing social media assets; mapped out the framework for content marketing and formulated a marketing strategy; deployed keyword research for search engine optimization.
