About Arshith Devanand

Often called as a "Why" person, my inquisitive nature has given me a vast horizon for learning. A graduate student at Texas A&M University pursuing Management Information Systems, I lead by the principles of Aggie honor code. Software developer by passion and profession, my zeal for continuous excellence has contributed towards my linear success curve. With an enriched 3 years of experience at TEKsystems Global Services as a web application developer, my hands are dirty with Java and Javascript frameworks (AngularJS, SpringBoot, SOAP/REST API's, Oracle DB). From being a key participant in daily scrums to client presentations, my technical skills are complemented by multiple soft skills. My hunger for leadership along with coursework enabled me to take up the post of the Director at IGSA student organization at TAMU and be an active serving member of BITS and Aggie Coding Club. Outside this tedious world, I am an out of the box thinker who enjoys traveling and exploring adventurous places and reading leadership books.
