I am currently working as a social service worker with long term care home operated under Sienna Senior Living after completing high honors diploma in Social Service Worker -Gerontology as part of the presidents list all semesters. Being part of the health care sector for more than 5years now, made me realize my passion of serving for the society. I am registered with OCSWSSW- The experience in recreational therapy while working with seniors especially with neurocognitive disorders including dementia and Alzheimer at long-term care home as well as community setting further enhanced my skill set and developed in me the ability to deal effectively with culturally diverse clientele-Skilled in appropriate organizing and time- management, advocacy, proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and project management as part of the customer service experience I gained during my job in insurance.
