About Arshpreet Kaur Sidhu

As a passionate and results-driven Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), I bring over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in child care, Montessori, nonprofit, and early years programs across Canada. From leading multi-site teams to ensuring full compliance with CCEYA and Ministry regulations, I specialize in creating inclusive, high-quality learning environments that support children’s holistic development and staff excellence. My experience spans supervisory roles, family engagement, staff training, and curriculum implementation using frameworks like HighScope® and How Does Learning Happen? Currently pursuing certifications in trauma-informed care, infant mental health, and nonprofit leadership, I’m committed to continuous growth and driving impact at scale. My goal is to step into a Regional Manager or Program Director role with a values-aligned organization focused on innovation, equity, and early childhood excellence. Let’s connect if you’re looking for an experienced ECE leader who’s ready to drive quality, inspire teams, and lead with purpose across the early years sector in Canada.
