About Art Nanni

My name is Art Nanni, I reside in Cutler Bay, FL. As a resident for 55 years, I grew up, went to school, worked and raised my 6 children here. I've been married for 32 years to my wonderful and supportive wife Sandi. Several of my children and grandchildren call Cutler Bay home. I have a long history of community and public service. I'm a former Eagle Scout and Scout Leader who served the public for 31 years as a Miami-Dade police officer, spending 17 years as a homicide detective. My partners and I solved over 150 cases and were featured on television shows such as Dateline NBC and Discovery ID. During my career, I was named Officer of the Month and Year. Currently, for the last ten years I am full time Realtor at ChoiceOne Real Estate Company, located in Cutler Bay. My career in law enforcement allowed me to develop my skills in communications and negotiations. I bring an ethical and professional service to my clients. If you are looking or know of someone in need of a realtor, please call me, I am here to help.
