As a Director of Operations at NAYA, an emerging brand of #seriouslywholesome food in NYC, I oversee the training, quality, and performance of our franchise partners and corporate stores. With 25+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in franchise and multi-unit management, market expansion, and strategic planning.Previously, I served as the Vice President of Company Operations at Zac restaurants, a franchisee of Popeyes, Bubbakoos Burritos, The Halal Guys, and Zac's Burgers, where I managed the daily operations and financials of 12 locations. Before that, I was the Corporate Director of Franchise Operations at The Halal Guys, where I helped launch and support 90 franchise stores across 14 states in just 5.5 years. I am passionate about delivering excellence in service, quality, and profitability, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
