I’m a Psychology graduate with a Level 2 Counselling Diploma and a strong interest in emotional wellbeing, trauma-informed support, and behaviour change. My background combines academic understanding with practical experience — from mentoring young people to managing teams in high-pressure environments where empathy, communication, and resilience are key.I’m passionate about helping others build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-belief. My current work has strengthened my leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, while my counselling training has deepened my ability to listen, understand, and support people through challenging emotions.I’m now focused on developing my career within psychology and mental health — particularly roles that allow me to make a meaningful difference through early intervention, wellbeing coaching, or therapeutic support. I bring reliability, warmth, and a reflective mindset to everything I do.
