Beginning my career as a Business Consultant and Business Developer at SAP AG, I've had the privilege of collaborating with over a hundred large enterprises across more than twenty countries. My passion lies in leveraging SaaS technologies to revolutionize core business processes, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes. In my current role as the Director and Chief of Customer Transformation and Innovation at Spend Management, SAP Japan, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to unlocking value through cutting-edge technological innovations. My leadership style is characterized by a vision that inspires individuals to achieve strategic success, foster people-centered growth, and exhibit courageous leadership in resolving complex issues. With a Ph.D. in Cloud Technologies, I'm deeply committed to advancing the academic community. Serving as the General Chair of the International Conference for Information Systems and Design since 2019, I've authored over twenty science articles.
