I've led engineering organizations of up to 30 people, scaled infrastructure, modernized mobile platforms, and helped teams move faster and safer — without burning out. These days, I'm especially focused on how AI and automation can reduce friction in development and unlock engineering potential — from developer tooling and CI/CD to internal copilots and moderation systems. Along the way, I’ve- Shipped mobile apps using Kotlin, Swift, Java, and ObjC — from MVPs to large-scale refactors - Designed and evolved systems across backend (Ruby, Java), infra (AWS, Docker), and CI/CD - Built and scaled dev teams from scratch, and joined existing ones as a trusted lead - Set up Agile processes that actually worked, not просто ради галочки - Balanced tech goals with budgets, timelines, and product realities I believe that great engineering is a multiplier for business — and I love working at that intersection: where product needs meet clean architecture, clear ownership, and strong teams.
