I’m an Engineering Lead with close to a decade of experience in data processing and Web technologies. My expertise lies in building highly efficient and effective teams, designing and optimizing distributed systems and data pipelines. My career pivoted to leadership at Lohika, where, while applying for a senior engineer role, I said "yes" to "Do you think you could lead?". Eliminating inefficiencies, identifying areas of improvement, and striking a balance between tech and business needs felt natural to me and brought warmth to my heart. At JustForex, I directed a full overhaul of a high-load analytics system, resulting in a highly scalable, robust, and flexible system capable of handling terabytes of data. At FridayPM, while leading a cross-platform team of 20+ engineers I untangled the operational chaos, leading to a 34% increase in sprint capacity, 100% on-time releases, and a 35% reduction in bugs, all while hiring new engineers and managers.
