About Arthur Andrade

I am a HR professional passionate about people's development and talent management. Having worked in HR for the past four years, I have learned how much I enjoy to help people reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse industries and environments, including a non-profit organization, FMCG companies, and a global consultancy. This has allowed me to develop a diverse skill set that includes business partnering, talent management, talent acquisition and assessment, cross-functional project management, stakeholder management, and organizational development. I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a master's degree in Human Resources Management. Currently, I am working in Paris as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Supply Chain - whole french territory of L'Oréal, eager to continue developing my skills and making a meaningful impact in the HR field.
