I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFTM, with experience in project management, machine operation, customer service and production. I currently work as Project Director at MecTria Consultoria, a junior company, where I develop leadership skills, team management and project structuring. I have experience in CNC machining, SolidWorks, Linux, Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop, as well as certifications in polymer compounds and small business planning. I have worked in several areas, from grocery and restaurant service to industrial machine operation and production assistance in the agricultural sector in the USA, during an exchange program. I am a proactive person, with an ability to adapt and learn, always seeking to improve my skills and apply my engineering knowledge to solve problems and develop innovative projects.
