As Chief Growth Officer at OTTera, my mission is to accelerate OTTera’s position as a global leader in customized OTT applications, FAST channel development, and ad & data monetization, while delivering strategic value and impact at the executive level. In addition, I lead high-impact investment initiatives, including capital raising and M&A, to fuel growth and expansion. With a front-row seat to OTTera’s cutting-edge advancements in Automation, AI, and Machine Learning, I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the future of the streaming industry. This role also allows me to contribute meaningfully to AfroLandTV, where I was the first investor and have served as a board member. AfroLandTV is the premier streaming platform dedicated to amplifying Black storytelling worldwide, delivering the best in African, Black, and multicultural entertainment through free, high-quality, and diverse content. Throughout my career, spanning the United States Marine Corps, Fidelis Partners, THMED, Curative, Armeta, and most recently, The Bridge, I have gained invaluable experience across customer service, sales & marketing, data, project leadership, engineering, AI, and ML. These experiences have also shaped my approach to leadership, resilience, and driving successful exits. A core principle I carry from my time in the Marine Corps is "Failure Is Not an Option." This mindset instilled in me the unwavering determination, perseverance, and problem-solving approach needed to overcome challenges and drive success. Above all, I am a Child of God, a devoted believer, and an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am also a dedicated husband, father, brother, son, friend, and colleague. I am also deeply committed to volunteer work, social impact, and mentoring startups. My focus on social impact revolves around promoting accessibility and inclusion in underrepresented communities, with a particular emphasis on the Black Diaspora. I am also dedicated to supporting children and adults with autism, causes that are deeply personal to me and drive my commitment to making a meaningful difference in these areas. Originally from New Jersey, I spent many years in Southern California before settling in the DFW Metroplex in Lucas, Texas, where I have lived for the past 17 years with my wife of 26 years and our four children, ages 11 to 23. In my spare time, outside of my family and faith, I enjoy golfing, coaching, attending my children’s sporting events, fishing, and boating.
