About Arthur Dahl

I have been with Microsoft for 27 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative before shifting to roles in Finance, Services, and my role today as Chief of Staff for the Microsoft Federal Defense team. My career journey reflects a deep commitment to customers, leveraging technology and strategic insight to drive impactful solutions. In my current role as Chief of Staff, I am essentially the COO for Microsoft Federal Defense. The Chief of Staff is the trusted advisor to our Vice President and leadership team, as well as the leader of our strategic planning, operations, talent and communications functions. I orchestrate key initiatives for our leadership team, manage stakeholder relationships, and align our defense strategies with Microsoft’s broader organizational goals. Passionate about supporting the DoD and our service members, I am dedicated to advancing our mission to provide transformative defense solutions to the US Department of Defense. A servant leader, I believe in empowering others to achieve their potential and aspirations.
